Finding love (I love the guys who work out!)

Falling in love with eyes is easier, but you understand it with your ears!-~Sam

When I was in class 6th I was a mad Salman Khan fan, then came Arjun Rampal, Milind Soman, Muzamil Ibrahim, Rahul Khanna and many more.  Then in college I had this small poster of Beckham on my wall and he looked amazing! One common thing about these guys is that they work out.  They all look fit (LOOK)! I know none of them is perfect but still they are doing something good with their body.

Liking a guy: When a girl looks at a guy, few things run in her mind without her knowledge.  Female brain thinks in terms of offspring. Will she like to have a kid who is exactly like this guy? If the answer is yes she goes ahead. Then as they come to know each other, she thinks; will she like her offspring to have these good/bad qualities? If the answer is yes goes ahead. Then the question is, can she bear one more person exactly like this one? If the answer is yes she will go ahead.

About the girl who want to change the guy:

“Purpose of love is not to change you but to improve you as a person”-~ Sam
Girl's thought process!

If someone is trying to change you even though you are good/right, she is not the one for you. But if she is doing it for better, i.e., grooming you or improving you in someway ..she is the one!
Take time to understand!

Why do I like the guys who work-out?
Well not exactly the ones who work out but the ones who take time out for themselves, take care of themselves. Because it is the sign that they care about themselves and they love themselves  J

“Only the one who loves and cares about self can love someone else.” -~ Sam

One who is not ‘happy’ alone cannot be happy with someone too.
So go out, travel, work out, find time for yourself, love yourself and you will find love!

Cheers!!

Note : I'm chubby but I meditate, eat healthy, practice yoga, walk. When I say work-out I do not intend to say anything about shape, it is the wellness factor that matters.

Cleaning the clutter

"Eliminate physical clutter. More importantly, eliminate spiritual clutter." D.H. Mondfleur

My weekend was pretty busy. I decided to do some cleaning! I thought, ‘how long can it take to clean such a small room?!’.. But well, what was I thinking?? I started at 10:30 a.m. and the cleaning went on till 1:30 p.m.

Cleaning the clutter takes you back in to the memory lane. . . Reminding you of memories buried deep down. As I opened my cupboard, I found old dairies, notes and chocolate wrappers.. Some lines now looked so deep that I was wondering..’My, my..Did I write that!!’ But well yes, I did J

As I was going through some old stuff I realized I was hoarding a lot of baggage which I need to let go.
Letting go is one difficult thing. When you prepare your heart to let something go the pain, the burden is enormous. It is like letting go a part of you. As difficult as it might be, once done you feel very light and yes, you create some space for new things. That is life, pain; holding on to old things gives us pain, burden and nothing else. On the other hand letting it go can make you a happier person. After all life is about moving on, on fastrack :P

When I was done cleaning and walking down the memory lane; I prepared my heart to say good bye to the old stuff which needed to go. Once it was gone, I was happy.

Understand: Life is about cleaning your clutter, moving on, leaving the baggage behind and looking forward. Do not hold to the things which might make you sad, be it relationships, people, things.. Or you will always walk with a burden which will tire you in long run, will make you slow and will never let you feel light and happy.

Hope you take time to clean your clutter soon J

Cheers!!
